“It’s very hard to stay neutral toward the dark. How do we stay neutral?


LISA’S ANSWER:


“It’s literally like the light is getting turned on in the dark closet. Everything in the dark closet was always inside there hiding, we just did not see it with the light off. We don’t want to look at it with the light on, but it’s important we look at it and stop denying what is in our own closet. We must stop judgement and be able to look at things neutrally in order to get beyond limitations. This is the way to our liberation in understanding the truth, having an accurate perception of what has actually happened to us. This is why I am such a proponent in understanding the Multidimensional anatomy because these are the doorways so you can experience the energetic reality as a Multidimensional self. We have been programmed over and over again as an ego which is a finite intelligence energy matrix. We are not finite we are infinite, at some point, one gets beyond concept and living as a multidimensional being in a multidimensional reality. When experiencing it directly, then the study is not of such use anymore. In the earlier stages we start out having to wrestle and retrain our ego mind, sublimating its desire impulses, in order to connect into higher impulses of our spiritual intelligence. Getting over the egos control over our identity is how we get to neutral. I feel that understanding the multidimensional anatomy structure is hugely important to getting us there on the pathway. When we have context, we start to realize its not personal, its not about the you, at the level the ego believes its you. This information can be technical, and at certain levels of transcendent consciousness it is meaningless. What is important is not to attach to anything that would dictate or create a new dogma or rigid belief system for your ego to attach to. This information is to be utilized for transformation purposes, to get beyond the terror of changes and have a point to connect to the multidimensional nature of who you are to get you out of the mind control programs. The issue is that at the genetically inherited levels and ancestrally, we have been physically bred to be enslaved by the controllers after 5000 years of being invaded. They want us to stay in our small brain the small self in the finite ego. This mind control is now in our cells, genes, consciousness and everywhere on this planet. In order to stay awake, we must have a proper evolutionary framework to help our ego mind to cooperate, and connect into the energetic reality of the principle of oneness and unlimited Multidimensional creation. This is a stepping stone for us to retrain and entrain our light body and intelligence systems into the god consciousness, as we are by learning to direct our focus and disengage from the illusion. Those of us who are given assignments on the planetary level are getting harassed in order to discourage and keep you off the path of creative heart expression. They attempt to find a weakness in your physical emotional human parts so you will be discouraged not to do what you are here to do, not to express the creative nature of your essence, your soul. We’ve come here for this exact moment in time to witness, participate, and contribute to human liberation and ascension. We can’t leave here until we give every bit towards the freedom and unification of our species and our planet that has been enslaved. We can’t leave here till we’ve given it everything we got and that’s basically where we are at right now.”

LISA RENEE: “Observe Discern Accept”

“If we are a person that has primarily linear, mental and social orientation, it takes devotion and discipline to reach discernment of one’s mental impulses and develop Self Awareness. Our society has developed our negative ego as the primary identity of which is recognized as the self. The stronger and more dominating the Ego Mind, the higher the academic pursuit or repetitive conditioning, those groups of people have the hardest time naturally recognizing negative ego, false identity and releasing the Mind Control. When learning about the functions of the mind it may seem like a purely educational study. However, this is the key to transcending the Negative Ego, transcending mind control which oppress higher Consciousness and suppress higher sensory and feeling functions. One cannot only think themselves to higher consciousness. One must allow the deeper feelings, emotions and sensory experience to override the strict intellectual control the ego has over the body and mind. Practicing Meditation and developing the observer point is the critical skill which can be learned, trained and developed to discipline an unruly ego mind. With an unruly and undisciplined mind one cannot reach higher consciousness and access Higher Sensory Perception. The process is one of self-observation and gaining increased self-awareness. Through dedicated observation of the self and gradually discerning between these functioning aspects of the mind, one can attain the direct experience of the consciousness they are. The still point of which this consciousness connects to in the parts of our mind is that which forms all of our thoughts, emotions, and experiences that direct us through life.To begin this process one must observe the functions of the mind and discern them in action and intend to return that part of that mind function, or thought back into the internal still point or neutral. As we observe the thought, action or behaviour in ourselves externally, we source this as an aspect of our mind that is connected to the internal whole and return that thought to the still point of consciousness inside our heart. In the earlier stages this is the intention and goal of specific meditation to become aware of inner stillness without the mind interfering. Later it is a walking meditation in which every single thought, behaviour and activity is witnessed by the Observer Point in the day to day activity. As this skill is developed this becomes possible with little to no effort to remain in the Observer Point. It is at this point a massive leap in higher consciousness and awareness of sentient forms may be experienced. To allow the deeper comprehension of the self to discern the functions of mind one will need to discern the functioning of each part of the mind and accept its nature without judgment of its content. This means to train the mind one must learn to observe, discern the part of the mind and accept its nature. Through observation, discernment and acceptance one can train the mind to be disciplined back to Neutral, which allows access to still point of higher consciousness. Once in meditation there is ability to Observe, Discern and Accept thoughts back into Neutral, the next stage is to develop skill in coordinating multiple functions of the mind that happen simultaneously. Set the intention to coordinate the multiple functions of speaking, behavior and actions while at the same time observing the inner thought process. Observing one’s communication, speaking and actions reveal the underlying thought process and belief system which is operating in the mind. When we observe our movement and words they reflect the contents of the mind. We may learn our mental and emotional state by observing our gestures, body language, our actions, behaviours and words. This is helpful for people who are not aware of their feelings on the surface and have little emotional recall. This way one can learn how to identify current states of sensory feelings. What are you feeling now? What is your body doing? What part of your body does not remain still or stationary? While observing outward actions and speech, directly observe the inner process of thoughts and feelings at the same time. In the earlier stages one may have realizations delayed later after the action occurs. The goal is to become aware at the moment, fully present to observe the outward actions and behaviors along with the inner thoughts, while they are occurring in that moment. In full presence in the now moment, observe the outward actions, behaviours or words while observing the inner thoughts and observe how all of these parts have their own function and yet are interacting with each other. This may take some practice however; this skill brings heightened awareness along with a sense of Inner Peace.”

“Consistent Meditation practice is helpful in training an undisciplined and cluttered mind to develop higher Consciousness which allows one to develop Higher Sensory Perception. Developed HSP will not occur in most people with an untrained and undisciplined mind. In the early stages of developing meditation skill, sit and relax and learn to observe thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once you notice the ‘thought’ pattern, let it go and bring your focus back to the Now Moment. This is called the Neutral Association or Observer Point. The Controllers have zero power over you (one’s thoughts and emotional state) when you are outside of their frequency reach by maintaining neutral balance or the Observer Point. Being in the Observer role also means that you are fully present in the Now Moment, which can also be referred to as Mindfulness. A way to understand Observer Point is liken it to viewing a movie. If you become at all over-identified or emotionally connected to any thread in an archetype of drama, then you are pulled into the movie, pulled into the time and space of which the hologram is playing out. When observing the drama in Now Moment, one exists outside of the time fields, one is outside of the matrix of which is creating the dramas. As soon as you get sucked into it, now you become a part of the movie. Understand that by holding neutrality and not responding does not mean that you don’t care. Other people may not understand this. When you are capable to maintain and then embody a level of inner and outer Energetic Balance through maintaining the observer with no attachment to outcome, God Forces and spirit can help through communications that access your Spiritual Guidance System that can bring resolution, reconciliation and peace to the most despairing of circumstances. Remember, fear closes the door to God Force, while holding inner and outer energetic balance (with Peace and Love) opens it.”

The Controllers have zero power over you (one’s thoughts and emotional state) when you are outside of their frequency reach by maintaining neutral balance or the Observer Point. Being in the Observer role also means that you are fully present in the Now Moment, which can also be referred to as Mindfulness.

If you stay out of the Negative Ego‘s Mind Control program that tends to trigger extreme mental and emotional polarity via ongoing inferior and superior thought forms, it is very hard for external forces of Mind Control to continually manipulate or gain control over you. The Controllers have no access to control Now Moment consciousness and do not understand the synchronicity and self-organization of the God Force in Action, through the Law of Compassion that enacts the Compassionate Witness. Single-Mindedness

Single-mindedness has to do with the power of focus. Your ability to focus is ultimately your biggest ally in accomplishing tasks and projects. With practice this is an ability one can develop. Your level of achievement and success depends upon it.

Define single-mindedness: It is an adjective meaning: 1) Determined 2) Having one overriding purpose or goal. 3) Steadfast; resolute.

Now let’s define focus. 1) The concentration of attention or energy on something. The opposite of this would be “absent-minded”, “scattered”, or perhaps just “distracted.”

Observe, Discern and Accept

HGS Calibration Step Three

Set Neutral Association or Observer Point (Remain Non Attached to Outcome) Healing is non-verbal and non-linear. Release the mental body from fixating and Increase Higher Perceptive Feeling by doing an inner field check list. Stay fully present in the Now Moment.

Tip: Being neutral and relaxed will happen naturally as you gain experience doing HGS energy sessions. Perform these corrections when it’s difficult for you or another person to be in a relaxed state.

Observer of Holographic Movie or Images

Transcript: A way to understand Observer Point is liken it to viewing a movie. If you become at all over-identified or emotionally connected to any thread in an archetype of drama, then you are pulled into the movie, pulled into the time and space of which the hologram is playing out. When observing the drama in Now Moment, one exists outside of the time fields, one is outside of the matrix of which is creating the dramas. When you are outside looking at it, as if it is a movie, you are not in the same time space field where this particular event is actually transpiring, and that’s where one needs to stay when viewing Timelines.

This is the same principles in working with some of the Galactic Wars and many of the challenges that we may see in the higher planes. I have seen others remote viewers and Gridworkers throughout the years make a harsh mistake. The mistake is when we engage with the drama in another timeline as is, like you are in it now, and this is a major mistake. You have got to pull out. You cannot be in the timeline. As soon as you are feeling the emotional pull or the vestment or the attachment, whatever it is that pulls you into the timeline and you get sucked into the identity in dramas, now you can hurt yourself. The level of holding Observer Point is understanding that when you do this you are outside of the space where that event and that technology has power. When you are outside of it, that technology, whatever it is, whatever’s going on, does not have power over you. As soon as you get sucked into it, now you become a part of the movie.

Thus, observing timelines is like watching a movie. You’re watching it as a movie and you recognize; this is a movie and there’s a part of you observing the movie. This is the most effective way that you can be of support in the function of witnessing. The second that you identify with the movie and you become a part of the movie you can get hurt. This means you get implanted and a bunch of crap happens to you because now you have been sucked into the trauma or drama of the movie. This is the needed skill set as a practitioner or a steward of what we’re dealing with in the Christos Mission, and being able to master this skill is important in not only fieldwork, but as a session provider.

Understand that by holding neutrality and not responding does not mean that you don’t care. Other people may not understand this. Over the years I have been told by others that have had to reconcile issues with me that they feel I’m monotonic. That I speak in monotone like I don’t care or I just allow things to occur that are damaging because they see that I will not take a physical action. What I feel they’re not understanding is exactly this point of observer. The wisdom is always in knowing what is your piece, when to take action and when to remain still and silent. The wisdom is in the application and direction of your personal energy, your consciousness, workign with the Law of Conservation at whatever time and space that you’re working with, especially when clearing particular issues in the field. LISA RENEE: “Surrender”

“In the process of our unraveling consciousness in this human drama setting, this is one of the experiences that we have set up as ‘spirit’ to create the experience of learning to FULLY Surrender to divine forces. It is a complete dismantling of our ego and Ego Defense Mechanism. This is the crossroads where we start to leave the world of human order and align to the divine plan for our lives. Everything is in the now moment. When our core existence is challenged during such immense levels of transformation, we may feel the magnification of the smallest issue be amplified so that it feels like a life or death matter. This may feel scary, we can feel threatened by being forced to change. To many of our earthly cohorts, biological families and old energy friends, it will appear as if we have stepped off the edge of a chasm into a realm of insanity. By being present in the moment, and surrendering to the now, judgments and future expectations of others are completely dissolved. Surrendering to the now moment and feeling the feelings, while holding unconditional love allows greater acceptance to neutralize painful or confusing situations. If we constrict in a defensive posture or hold on to defend the situation, it amplifies the negativity of that situation and makes that situation vulnerable to interference and superimposed wills. We are experiencing the pushing and pulling between the old energetic structure and the platform of our new energetic reality through radical Magnetic Field Shifting. Greater acceptance is required now, learning how to surrender is a daily practice. Problems we used to obsess about or believe they were a big deal, are losing their importance in our lives. There is something so much larger happening here. There is nothing to hold onto any longer. We must become less attached to things and be willing to let go of spiritually bankrupt values in order to survive the transformation required to become more balanced with our own sense being a true human being. There is nothing else to do but Surrender to the moment that’s in front of you. It makes for interesting moments of spontaneous synchronicities and out of the blue and sudden movements in between long runways of quiet or stillness. We have been spending a lot of time needing to sleep, to meditate or lay down in order to integrate our new selves. We are being asked to hold the core of our essence and truth vibration in the midst of some challenging external events. Learn to let go, and let God.”

Surrender – By being present in the moment, and surrendering to the now, judgments and future expectations of others are completely dissolved. Every connection or personal contact holds an opportunity for growth and learning. Attempt to neutralize polarity thinking and division by asking for the deeper meaning, the needed change or lesson of growth that is inherent in a circumstance, especially one that appears or feels painful to you. Surrendering to the now moment and feeling the feelings, while holding unconditional love allows greater acceptance to neutralize painful or confusing situations. Relationship Mastery Guideline

Relationship Mastery Guidelines is has nine basic steps and is a Service to Others method based in the Law of One and cultivating GSF Behavior, while reaping the mutual energetic benefits of experiencing more spiritual connection, and increased love and appreciation returning back from others to you. 

Improving our Compassionate communication with others, improving our relating skills, personally and in group dynamics, is a skill set that will go a long way to serve your mission. With that in mind we set forth a few guidelines to remember when communicating with others or relating with others. The eighth step is Surrendering to the highest expression of your purpose by being fully present to the now, not defending Negative Ego positions. 

Dismantling Ego

Letting Go

This is the aspect of higher mind which holds access to a threshold of consciousness that is devoid of deep heart based Compassion and true empathy. It hangs on to the edge of the Consciousness abyss until it can fully let go and surrender, dissolving into the oceanic field of loving compassion. Jumping over the Luciferian Abyss is the final point of surrender where we may feel fear we will be swallowed into the black hole of nothingness.At this point we stand at the edge of the abyss over the massive void. We must Surrender to God to make the leap of faith and jump over to the other side into the arms of our Mother. This is why after achieving the Observer Point if feelings of Compassion do not naturally follow through an open heart, intentional effort to open the heart, commune with Mother and heal the inner child will be required to access the higher heart principle. Surrender to Now

Everything is in the now moment. When our core existence is challenged during such immense levels of transformation, we may feel the magnification of the smallest issue be amplified so that it feels like a life or death matter. This is why knowing these changes are critical for our evolution and trying to surrender to them without fighting it, lashing out or becoming angry will make the process easier. There is something so much larger happening here. There is nothing to hold onto any longer. We must become less attached to things and be willing to let go of spiritually bankrupt values in order to survive the transformation required to become more balanced with our own sense being a true human being. So what does it mean for us to be in alignment to the God Source and Law of One, which is the same as asking; what does it mean to be a true humanitarian? [3]

Divine Surrender

We are experiencing the pushing and pulling between the old energetic structure and the platform of our new energetic reality through radical Magnetic Field Shifting. We are being asked to hold the core of our essence and truth vibration in the midst of some challenging external events. (ever developing the continuing strength of our core and sublimation of our Ego Mind’s need to impose its will on the situation. Not my will but God’s will!) Divine surrender has taken on another level of meaning for us at this time. There is nothing else to do but Surrender to the moment that’s in front of you.

It makes for interesting moments of spontaneous synchronicities and out of the blue and sudden movements in between long runways of quiet or stillness. It gives us a feeling of magnetic choppiness as the sensation of how we actually feel the external energies moving around us. That choppiness can make one feel disoriented (what day is this?) to lightly dizzy. (what’s going on in my brain?) We have been spending a lot of time needing to sleep, to meditate or lay down in order to integrate our new selves. [4]
