During the Ascension Cycle the planet and humanity are undergoing vibrational shifts which radically impact the individual mind, the collective race mind, the planetary mind, all of which exist at uniquely different frequency rates of Consciousness. Each of the uniquely different frequency rates of Consciousness form a distinctive level of energetic intelligence or sentience. Sentience is the varied ability of any type of entity to have a subjective perceptual experience as a characteristic of intelligence or as a facet of developing higher sensory perception.

The higher the overall frequency of the Consciousness that uniquely forms the energy of any entity is the relationship to more advanced levels of intelligence and sentience.
