Most in our society claim to have “no time” for improvement, hobbies or self growth, when in fact it is not the time that becomes the issue, but the anxiety and fight-or-flight programs that come rushing to the surface in a moment of non-distraction.
As the rush and grind of keeping up with our lives becomes the only distraction from the worry, pain or just keeping your head above water, anytime we find a moment of clarity, being in the moment or peace, there is enough relaxation to begin releasing those heavy programs/energies in the body.
